Utility Requirements

Electrical Requirements
A parking light pole is utilized for power circuit access. A separate circuit is run from the pole to the grocery store utilizing the existing underground conduit from the pole. A separate 110 Volt, 40 Amp breaker is then added inside the store's electrical panel. A conduit is typically buried in a landscaped area or, when necessary, will be trenched and laid underneath the asphalt. Electrical usage averages about 210-230 kWh per month.
Water Requirements
Water is typically drawn on a daily basis from a hose connected to an existing water connection. If no connection is available, an active irrigation control valve is located and a hose bib or quick coupler is installed. Water consumption is estimated to be a maximum of 600 gallons per month.
