1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. Open to legal residents of California, who are 18 years of age or older, and who submit contest entry after 12:00 AM Jan. 1st, 2012 Pacific Time through 11:59 PM Jan. 31st, 2012 Pacific Time. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and members of any of the immediate family of such employees, officers, and directors are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest begins at 12:00 AM Jan. 1st , 2012 Pacific Time and ends at 11:59 PM Jan. 21st, 2012 Pacific Time. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Jan. 31st, 2012.

4. To enter, complete the online entry form at www.replanetusa.com/replanet_suggestion_box.html. Please access the entry webpage and follow the instructions. Be certain all of the requested information is supplied by completing the form. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person. By entering this contest, you represent that this is your original suggestion and it does not infringe on any existing copyright or contain any other protected intellectual property. Furthermore, you agree to grant the Sponsor a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the suggestion, in whole or in part, for any business purpose without payment of any consideration or grant of approval . Note, the Sponsor is not under any obligation to make any use of ideas presented.  In case of a dispute over an online entry, the authorized subscriber of e-mail account will be deemed to be the participant.

5. The winning entry will be judged and selected based on originality (25%), clarity of idea presented (25%), enhances the rePLANET customer experience (25%), and suitability for and ease of implementation (25%). In case of a tie in the scoring, the entry with the higher score in the suitability for and ease of implementation category will be deemed the winner. The Decisions of the judges will be final. 

6. Winner will be selected on or about Feb. 29th, 2012, from among all entries properly received. Winner will be notified by email to the address on the entry submission. If the prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or the winner does not respond to notification within two weeks an alternate winner may be selected. Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of provision. If documents are not returned timely, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. One winner will receive a $100 rePLANET gift card. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Total Approximate Retail Value of prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100).  Prize cannot be substituted for cash. Any federal, state and local income and other taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Gift card prize will be issued in the form of a pre-paid VISA card.

8. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or non-delivered entries, or for any technical error in preparation of the contest materials, or for any other computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or for injury or damage to any network or computer equipment related to participation in or winning this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with entry process or operation of Contest, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Contest, and determine winner from entries appropriately received, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor.

9. The winner will be finally determined and a notice posted on-line at www.replanetusa.com after Feb. 29th, 2012.
